TuitionPilot is a simple, WhatsApp-first app that helps independent tuition teachers run the business side of their coaching — without spreadsheets, without chasing parents, and without needing a computer.

What we do

We help tuition teachers:

• Collect fees on time — parents get a friendly WhatsApp reminder with the teacher’s own UPI QR code to pay directly.
• Mark attendance in seconds — absent students’ parents are alerted automatically.
• Keep parents updated and send receipts automatically — on WhatsApp, or by SMS for parents who don’t use WhatsApp.
• See monthly reports of who has paid and who hasn’t, and download them as Excel.
• Import a whole class at once from Excel, Google Sheets, CSV or Notion.
• Make question papers, homework, practice worksheets and parent progress notes with the AI Assistant — written for Indian classrooms, following CBSE, ICSE or State Board.

Why we built it

Most tuition teachers in India manage everything by memory, paper registers, and personal WhatsApp messages. Fees get delayed, attendance is hard to track, and parents feel out of the loop. TuitionPilot brings all of this into one easy app that works on any phone — meeting teachers and parents where they already are: WhatsApp.

Who we are

TuitionPilot is operated by Naiyem Aktar Mazumder (sole proprietor), based in Silchar, Assam, India. We’re a small, founder-led team focused on building genuinely useful tools for tuition teachers in Tier-2 and Tier-3 India.
