Delete Your Account & Data

TuitionPilot, operated by Naiyem Aktar Mazumder (sole proprietor), lets you request deletion of your account and the data linked to it at any time, free of charge.
Delete it yourself, in the app
The fastest way is inside the app, and it does not need us:
- Open TuitionPilot and sign in.
- Go to Account / Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover the data afterwards.
Before you delete: cancel your Apple subscription first.
If you subscribed inside the iPhone or iPad app, your subscription is billed by Apple. Deleting your TuitionPilot account does not cancel it, and Apple will keep charging you. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, then delete your account.
Or ask us to do it
- Email support@tuitionpilot.in from your registered email address, or message +91 81360 10922 on WhatsApp from your registered phone number.
- Write "Delete my TuitionPilot account" and include the registered email or phone number on your account so we can find it.
- We verify the request and delete your account within 7 business days, and confirm by email once it's done.
What gets deleted
Your teacher profile (name, email, phone, centre details), every student and parent record you added, attendance history, fee and payment records, any uploaded UPI QR code, and your AI Assistant usage data.
What we keep, and why
We may retain a minimal record of completed payment transactions for a limited period, where Indian accounting and tax law requires it. Apart from that legally-required exception, all of your data is permanently deleted — nothing else is kept.
