How do I sign in?

TuitionPilot offers four ways in. On iPhone and iPad you can Continue with Google, Sign in with Apple, sign in with an emailed code (we email you a short code — no password to remember), or sign in with your email and password if you already have one. On the website, use Google or the emailed code.

I did not receive my login code

Check your spam folder first, and make sure the email address is the one you signed up with. Codes expire after a few minutes, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email. If nothing arrives, write to us and we will look into it.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Account / Settings and choose Delete account. It is permanent and immediate, and it removes your students, parents, attendance and fee records. Full detail is on our account deletion page, including how to ask us to do it for you instead.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you subscribed inside the iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you, and that continues until you cancel it. Cancel first in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, then delete your account.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or iPad app are managed entirely in your Apple account: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds for those purchases are decided by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue them. Subscriptions bought on our website are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

I paid but my plan is not showing

If you subscribed on iPhone or iPad — or reinstalled the app, or changed device — use Restore Purchases in the app to bring the subscription back. If it still does not appear, contact us with the email address on your account.
