Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscription payments made by teachers to TuitionPilot. It does not apply to tuition fees that parents pay directly to teachers, which are handled solely between the parent and the teacher.

Cancellation (website purchases)

• TuitionPilot is a monthly subscription, billed in advance.
• You can cancel at any time by choosing not to renew, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges.
• When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Subscriptions bought on iPhone or iPad

If you subscribed inside the iPhone or iPad app, the purchase was made from Apple, not from us. That means:

• Cancel it in your Apple account — Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds are decided by Apple under Apple’s own policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue, approve or refuse a refund for a purchase made through Apple, and nothing on this page changes Apple’s policy.
• The rest of this page applies to subscriptions bought on our website.

Refunds (website purchases)

• As the Service is a digital product activated immediately upon payment, subscription fees for the current period are non-refundable.
• If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a technical fault), please contact us within 7 days of the payment and we will review your request.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
