TuitionPilot is a digital software service (SaaS). There are no physical goods, and therefore no physical shipping is involved.

Delivery of the service

• Access to TuitionPilot is delivered online, through our web app at tuitionpilot.in.
• Your subscription is activated immediately after a successful payment — there is no waiting or dispatch period.
• You can use the Service on any modern smartphone or computer browser, and install it as an app on your phone’s home screen.

Access issues

If your subscription does not activate immediately after a successful payment, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
