Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TuitionPilot (the “Service”), operated by Naiyem Aktar Mazumder (sole proprietor) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
TuitionPilot is a web-based application that helps tuition teachers manage students and classes, mark attendance, generate monthly fees, and send fee reminders, absent alerts, and receipts to parents over WhatsApp. Parents pay teachers directly using UPI.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Payments between parents and teachers
All fee payments from parents are made directly to the teacher’s own UPI ID. TuitionPilot only helps you send reminders and record payments — we are not a party to, and do not process, collect, or hold, parent-to-teacher payments. Any dispute over tuition fees is solely between the teacher and the parent.
4. Subscription & billing
- The Service is currently offered free of charge to teachers. No payment or card details are required to use it.
- We may introduce a paid plan in future. If we do, we will give you clear advance notice, and you will keep access to the student, fee and attendance records you have already added.
- Where a paid subscription is active, each payment activates it for the stated period. You may stop using the Service or choose not to renew at any time.
- Subscription payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
- See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
- You will only add parents’ contact numbers that you are authorised to contact, and you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent to message them.
- You will not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, abusive, or misleading messages.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
6. Message delivery
WhatsApp messages are delivered through third-party platforms (Meta / our messaging provider). We cannot guarantee delivery, timing, or that a recipient’s number is reachable, as this depends on those platforms and the recipient’s settings.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuitionPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed/undelivered messages, payment disputes between teachers and parents, or data entered by you. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the preceding three (3) months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cachar, Assam.
